International Confederation of Energy Regulators (ICER)

The International Confederation of Energy Regulators (ICER) is a voluntary framework for cooperation between energy regulators from around the globe.

Our aim is to improve public and policy-maker awareness and understanding of energy regulation and its role in addressing a wide spectrum of socio-economic, environmental and market issues.

Since its creation, ICER has endeavoured to build up solid links between Regional Regulatory Associations around the world through its Virtual Working Groups structure.

Each
Group works on a specific theme, in an effort to gather and analyze useful and comprehensive material for the use of Regulators themselves.

The input provided by members of Regional Associations from all continents makes ICER and its work truly representative of the Regulatory community.
